Responsibilities
- To provide analysis in market, competition, economy for business decisions;
- To support business planning processes such as 5-year simulation, AOP and 3-month rolling forecast
- To coordinate between JV and two partners, Foton and Cummins on business planning in execution and marketing;
- To establish and improve the key account management function;
- Marketing Management: Collect, monitor and track regional product sale volume and marketing information, monthly sales analysis report is required
- Training for Foton each brand’s dealers, including the training schedule, materials, tracking the effect and feedback
- Promotion regional market volume activities, Fleets tech seminar, Fleets visiting and feedback the VOC
- Regional marketing Network building, including Fleets & Group network Golden end users network Golden Dealer sales network Excellent ISF users for leading marketing network ISF service station network.
- Value-chain analysis in Foton dealer level, Competitive brand dealer level and ISF end user level
- Feedback the voc to support continuous improved with product quality and customers satisfaction.
- Providing excellent service and support to customers, Optimize the value chain in terminal level
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor‘s degree at minimum, master preferred ;
- Business Administration Management background preferred
Experiences
- Minimum 1-3 years work experience in an manufacturing environment
- Strong computer skills
- Able to interact effectively and professionally with customers, other engineers, operators, and maintenance personnel.
- Able to make informed decisions based on sound analysis and judgment with minimal direction
- Able to work on multiple issues, working cross-functionally and managing tasks simultaneously
- Able to plan effectively and keep focused on project/improvement

Language
- Good oral and written communication skills, Chinese & English;
