Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the Key Account business ;
- Achieve sales volume of the Key Account;
- Make sales forecast and push payment;
- Set great reputation in both OEM and end-user
- Develop and maintain Sales volume with Key OEM
- Introduction ISF to OEM and achieve application in varies vehicle and platform
- Initiative and follow the New Product develop, and support VPI launch new product
- Feedback the customer requirement to BFCEC for product optimization
- Make rolling forecast for material orientation
- Push customer payment and focus on the business profitable
- Cosign the business contract with OEM and update priceCosign the business contract with OEM and update price
- Coordinate the OEM to promotion in the dealer and terminal level
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor‘s degree at minimum, MBA preferred ;
- Business Administration Management background preferred
Experiences:
- Minimum 3 years work experience in an manufacturing environment
- Strong computer skills
- Able to interact effectively and professionally with customers, other engineers, operators, and maintenance personnel.
- Able to make informed decisions based on sound analysis and judgment with minimal direction
- Able to work on multiple issues, working cross-functionally and managing tasks simultaneously
- Able to plan effectively and keep focused on project/improvement

Language:
- Good oral and written communication skills, Chinese & English;
